Directed company's geophysical efforts in United States. Worked in exploration team with geologist to identify and develop new hydrocarbon prospects in onshore United States utilizing 2D and 3D seismic, gravity, and well data. Evaluated out-of-house prospects for participation. Supervised both contractor and in-house seismic data processing. Networked and maintained 5 Unix workstations.

• Principal Exploration areas - Paradox Basin, Mississippi Salt Basin, South Texas Wilcox, East Texas Woodbine/Smackover, East Texas Yegua.
• Identified 14 prospects, causing 10 wells to be drilled, yielding 5 new fields.
• Devised and implemented new processing templates for Mississippi Salt Basin. Reprocessed 2D land data yielded 6 new prospects so far.
• Supervised 3 processing geophysicists.

Led Quality Control Department on 3D seismic crew working in Argentina. Designed and implemented procedures to check and maintain data quality in project design, surveying, recording, and field processing. Coordinated with both Western and client representatives to ensure acquisition of highest quality data in most efficient manner possible.
